Services

Everything a PhD needs, one clear page each

21 services in four groups. Each page tells you exactly what’s included, how we check quality, how long it realistically takes and how the price is worked out.

Process

How it works

You see a written scope before any payment, and the agreed price stays fixed.

  1. Free consultation

A call or message with a specialist in your subject. We review your material and say plainly whether we are the right fit.

  2. Written scope and quote

You get a written scope, a timeline and a fixed price. Work and payment begin once you agree to it.

  3. Staged delivery

Work arrives in stages you review, each with a similarity report where text is involved. You pay stage by stage.

  4. Revisions and hand-over

Revision rounds are included. At the end you get the final files, and an explanation of anything you’ll need to defend.

How we scope and price work

Why PhD Desk

How we work

Four commitments that hold up at the viva and at the journal desk.

Timelines

Realistic timelines, in writing

Indexed journals take months to review. We show you the real timeline for your target journal before you commit.

Similarity

The similarity report, with every draft

You see the actual report from a standard checker, so every number can be verified.

Pricing

A fixed quote after we see your work

We read your material first, then quote. The price is agreed before anything starts and doesn’t move.

Authorship

You stay the author

We help you structure, check and improve your work, and make sure you can defend every page of it.

Publication support

Journal publication, step by step

Most scholars need one or two indexed papers before they can submit. Here is where the time really goes (our part is weeks, the journal’s is months) and which part preparation can actually shorten.

Scopus

Elsevier’s database, and the index Indian universities ask for most. We verify coverage live on Scopus Sources.

SCIE

Clarivate’s Science Citation Index Expanded: the journals with a Journal Impact Factor in the sciences.

Web of Science

SCIE, SSCI, AHCI and ESCI. Which of them your university counts matters more than any logo.

UGC CARE

UGC discontinued the list in 2025. What that means for journals you target now, and how to check them properly.

Our ethics

Support, not substitution

Your thesis has to be your work. You’ll defend it in person, and your degree depends on it. So we help with the things a good supervisor, editor or statistician would: structure, language, method, analysis and formatting.

Your data stays exactly as you collected it, exams and vivas are yours to take, and everything we deliver is work you can explain. If a request falls outside that, we suggest what we can do.

FAQ

Questions scholars ask first

More in our full FAQ.

Is using a research support service ethical?

It can be, and it depends on what the service does. Getting help with structure, language, statistics and formatting is no different from working with an editor or statistician, and many universities encourage it. Having someone else produce your research is not. We work on the support side of that line, and our ethics policy sets out exactly where it is.

Will you promise that my paper gets published?

Acceptance at an indexed journal is decided by independent peer reviewers, so it can’t be promised in advance. We can make your manuscript as strong as possible and point it at a journal where it fits, which is what improves your odds.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what you need and how far along your work is, so we quote after seeing your material. You get a written scope and a fixed price before anything starts, and you pay in stages as work is delivered. How our pricing works.

Will my supervisor or university find out?

We keep your work confidential and communicate only with you. Many scholars are open about it: this is the kind of help scholars commonly get, and some universities expect you to acknowledge editorial or statistical help in your thesis. We’ll help you word that acknowledgement if you want one.

Who will actually work on my thesis?

A reviewer with a background in your subject area, not a generalist. You’ll know their field and qualifications before work starts, and you can talk to them directly.

I’m not in Tamil Nadu. Can you still help?

Yes. Almost all our work happens by phone, video call, email and WhatsApp, and we work with scholars across India. We base our advice on your own university’s regulations.

Is there a refund if I’m not satisfied?

You pay in stages, so you’re never far ahead of what’s been delivered. Revision rounds are included in every scope. If we can’t deliver what the scope says, we refund the unfinished stage. The details are in our terms.

Tell us where you are. We’ll tell you clearly what you need.

A free consultation with someone in your subject. We’ll look at your stage, your deadline and your university’s rules — and if you don’t need us, we’ll say so.

We reply within one working day. Your details stay with our team.
