How quickly will you reply?
Within one working day, and usually the same day. We work Monday to Saturday. If your deadline is days away, phone or WhatsApp is fastest.
Do I need to share my thesis before getting a quote?
To give you a fixed price, yes. We need to see the material to know how much work it needs. You can share a chapter or an extract first, and we’re happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you send anything.
Can we meet in person?
Yes, at our Nagercoil office, by appointment. Most scholars prefer phone or video calls, and all our work can be done remotely.
What happens to the details I send in this form?
We use them only to reply to your enquiry, and they stay with our team. Our privacy policy explains how long we keep them and how to have them deleted.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. There is no charge for the first conversation, for looking at your material to quote, or for a journal check. You only pay if you accept a written scope.
