Terms of service

These terms apply when you use this website or engage PhD Desk for research support. PhD Desk is operated by Saaira Technologies, Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu, India (“we”, “us”). Each engagement is also governed by its written scope; where the scope and these terms differ, the scope applies for that engagement.

1. What we provide

We provide research support: advice, review, editing, formatting, analysis, implementation and preparation services, as described in the written scope for your engagement. Our services are provided subject to our ethics policy, which forms part of these terms.

2. Outcomes decided by others

We do not promise, and nothing we say should be read as promising, that a paper will be accepted or published by any journal, that a thesis will be approved, that you will pass a viva, that a similarity check will return a particular score, or that analysis will produce a particular result. Those outcomes are decided by journals, universities, examiners and your data, not by us.

3. Scope and quotes

Before any work begins, we send you a written scope listing the deliverables, the timeline for our part of the work, the included revision rounds and a fixed price for each stage. Work begins only when you accept the scope. Requests outside the scope are quoted separately; nothing is added without your agreement. How pricing works.

4. Payment

Payment is made in stages as set out in the scope, by bank transfer or UPI to the company account named on our invoice. We issue an invoice for every payment. Please do not pay any personal account claiming to act for us.

5. Revisions

Each stage includes the number of revision rounds stated in the scope, requested within 30 days of delivery. Revisions refine the delivered work within its original scope; new requirements are quoted separately.

6. Refunds and cancellation

• If we cannot deliver a stage as described in the scope, we refund the payment for that stage.
• You may cancel at any time. We refund payments for stages not yet started; a stage in progress is charged in proportion to the work done.
• Stages you have accepted, or not raised concerns about within 30 days of delivery, are not refundable.
• If we end an engagement under section 8, we refund payments for stages not yet delivered.

7. Your responsibilities

• You confirm that the research, data and material you give us are your own or that you have the right to share them, and that data was collected with any required ethics approval and consent.
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all work before you use or submit it, and for complying with your university’s and journals’ rules, including any rules on acknowledging help.
• You will give us timely access to material and feedback. Delays on your side extend our timeline by the same amount.

8. Ethics conditions

We may decline or end any engagement, or any part of one, if we reasonably believe it would involve fabricating or falsifying data, plagiarism, deceiving a university or journal, impersonation, or any other conduct our ethics policy excludes.

9. Confidentiality and ownership

Your research and your material remain yours. Work we deliver to you under a paid scope becomes yours on payment for that stage. We keep your material confidential, share it only with the people working on your project, never reuse it, and sign a non-disclosure agreement on request. Our handling of personal data is described in our privacy policy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost opportunities or delays in degree award. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Website content

Our guides are general information, dated and checked when published, but regulations and journal indexing change. Always confirm against the current official source and your own university before relying on them. Guide content is our copyright; you are welcome to link to it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu. Before going to court, we ask that you contact us at info@saairatechnologies.com so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
